I would NEVER recommend this company for any of your auto needs! My elderly mother-in-law had a flat tire in the middle of a blizzard - all she needed was help with putting on a spare tire. There were many employees standing around, and they told her she would have to wait 1 1/2 hours. She called my husband so he could change the tire for her rather than waiting that long. When he got there, the manager would not allow him to change his own tire in ""thier"" parking lot. Telling them they would have to wait and it will cost 20$. Verses letting these people touch our car,my husban drove on the rim to the KFC next door so he could change the tire out. Seriously - these people are near criminal.
