I havent ever been happy here. The work takes forever and they are very comfussing. I only hear bad things about them and wont go back. I paid way too much for what I got.

I would NEVER recommend this company for any of your auto needs! My elderly mother-in-law had a flat tire in the middle of a blizzard - all she needed was help with putting on a spare tire. There were many employees standing around, and they told her she would have to wait 1 1/2 hours. She called my husband so he could change the tire for her rather than waiting that long. When he got there, the manager would not allow him to change his own tire in ""thier"" parking lot. Telling them they would have to wait and it will cost 20$. Verses letting these people touch our car,my husban drove on the rim to the KFC next door so he could change the tire out. Seriously - these people are near criminal. more

Go to Flannigans in Michigan City. You'll pay a lot less for your tires, and receive a lot better warranty and service. Flannigans will back their tire warranties, Brown Tire in Valparaiso won't. They will sell you a used tire to replace a faulty tire and blame you. more

Do not bring your car here 9/22/2011

Took my car in to get the tires rotated and one of the mechanics stole my ipod and phone charger out of my center console. Spoke with the Store Manager and he said he questioned both guys that worked on my car. Both denied taking the items. I will not return to Brown ever again. more
