I had an accident a few weeks ago, and I took it here to get the estimate done on it. It was raining, and they left me on the porch while they took care of some "business" on the inside, and then he took his sweet time getting the estimate to the insurance company even though my car was illegal for me to drive due to my headlight being out. It took some serious finagaling with the rental car company to get them to stay after 6, when my insurance lady in Texas called THEM to get the information from then. I will never do business with them again.
