BEYOND STELLAR! 9/2/2010

This is the second time I have had our car in the shop for paint and body work (my fault, not theirs). The staff is AMAZING!! I would recommend this shop to ANYONE! They did a STELLAR job the first time and I'm eager to see the work they have completed on her this time. She's our "baby" and H&M staff have taken care of her like one of their own! \r They also provide a lifetime (as long as you have the vehicle) guarantee on their paint job! \r If you need body work or a paint job, take your vehicle here!!! more

I had an accident a few weeks ago, and I took it here to get the estimate done on it. It was raining, and they left me on the porch while they took care of some "business" on the inside, and then he took his sweet time getting the estimate to the insurance company even though my car was illegal for me to drive due to my headlight being out. It took some serious finagaling with the rental car company to get them to stay after 6, when my insurance lady in Texas called THEM to get the information from then. I will never do business with them again. more
