Last Thanksgiving our old HWH died just before our 6 family guests arrived for the weekend. Jim and Mike spent the entire day before Thanksgiving (and some of the day after) installing the Navien on-demand HWH he recommended. That saved our weekend! We've now used the system for a full year, and the propane savings have been remarkable, almost a 50% reduction in costs, with plenty of hot water for everything, including whole-house heating. Thanks you guys!
