Wally concurred, but said, """"Let me check it out a little more"""". Ten minutes in, he had the column slightly apart, and he fixed it! Loose wire or switch. Done. $60 or $80, I don't remember, but a heck of lot less than what Jeep wanted, or what some other mechanic would have pushed for.\r
