I highly recommend Precision Imports for one very important reason - you can trust them - something I would not say easily about most other automotive service centers. They will give you honest service and honest advice at an honest price. The facility may look a little disheveled from the outside, but you will not get better service or prices anywhere else.
My wife and I found Precision Import Services from Angie's List - an internet service used to validate good businesses. They came highly recommended as a business you can trust - a very important quality for the automotive sector. We needed a second opinion on car services for our 1998 Pontiac Grand Am. Another local dealer wanted to charge us $2200, including $1200 to replace the AC compressor assembly, replace our front rotors, replace the fuel filter, and rotate/balance tires. We wanted a second opinion both on price and the real necessity for these other services. Precision Imports looked over the car, and then gave us the straight talk on what needed to be done now for safety and what could be put off to later. We spent $400 on necessary work, and if we had wanted to do the rest, it would have cost us 20% less than previously quoted.
How many auto service centers would be this honest knowing they would make less money on the deal? This is a rare business that truly understands their reputation is everything.
