Review content:
Planning and implementation went more or less as planned. Quality of most work was excellent. Cabinetry was an exception as rather serious errors were made that caused delays in completion and required changes in other work (relocating heating ducts). Ironwood got caught in an unexpected upturn in construction as the economy recovered from the building recession. This resulted in many subs being overworked and caused delays in completing work. The project overall was completed within the estimated time frame, but it could have been completed weeks earlier if the subs had been able to get back to complete their jobs.
