In this world we live in today it is a breath of fresh air to have someone honest and forthright who makes me feel that my business is worth something ! So when I have my hands full and its time to get my car serviced, I don't have to think about it. I just bring my car to Santa Monica Volvo and hand Mr. Munoz my keys and go on about my day. I have been doing business with this location and Mr. Munoz for over 12 years and will continue to do so as long as people like Mr. Munoz are there to hand my keys to.
