Pleasantly suprised to find Volvo of Santa Monica a very relaxed environment and non pressure atmosphere. Our initial experience included a finance person introducing us to the model we were looking for and then suggesting that we spend some time with the car and he would come back to answer questions and review the car. It was nice to not have the traditional 20 questions as to ""when are you going to buy, what are you trading, how's your credit...etc."" We were introduced to Thomas Browne, a sales associate that took care of us through the negotiation process and getting the car we wanted. He took the extra time to look for cars beyond their inventory, he even delivered paperwork and accessories for the car directly to our home saving us a trip into their office. The purchasing experience that we had at Volvo of Santa Monica was great, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a Volvo.
