I brought my 2 dogs in today to get check ups because they broke out with some kind of rash. The appointment was set 2 days in advance. When we got there we ended up waiting for 45 minutes. The dogs were stressed out and we were stressed out from the wait. There were at least 3 staff members sitting behind the desk and none informed us that they were down to only one doctor. A lady ahead of us who had been waiting for an hour was forced to leave because she had to go to work. Imagine that, people actually having to work and that's why they make appointments and expect to have the appointment kept. We finally were moved to an examination room because the dogs were barking from frustration and stress. After another 15 minute wait, I went out to check on the doctor to see what was taking him so long. We were told we were next. To my sheer disgust I come to find out that they took care of the people who came in after us. When I talked to one of the staff members there about this she raised
