I have come to this clinic a handful of times out of desperation. Every experience has gotten progressivly worse. From the nasty front desk staff to the incompetent doctors. Pack a lunch because the wait is forever! The front desk is too busy gossiping about their divorces to inform you on the wait and will put you in your place if you inquire. Once I finally saw the doctor, our conversation was more about listening to her and the assistant "trash" talk the clients in the waiting area. My dog came in for a rabies shot and an ear exam and all I got was an outrageous bill and no diagnosis. When I called back to inquire about my outrageous bill, the lovely receptionist of 23 years hung up on me. Once I finally spoke to Dr. Wallace, she told me how stupid I was for not looking at my reciept and noticing that the anti-inflammatory perscribed doesn't work on my dog. She also informed me that she has no idea of the prices that are charged, she just enters them into the computer. There are no
