We have been going to Pirrones for over 17 Years and the service has never been the best but tonight was the worst. The place was NOT busy only people at 5 or 6 tables. We ordered 2 salads and 2 pastas. Salads and drinks came out in the normal amount of time. The pastas took for ever. So slow that two other tables that came in after us got their pizzas before us. And everybody knows how slow they are with pizzas! When our pastas came out they were\r
ICE COLD, not luke warm, but ICE COLD. We told the girl about it and she said that she would warm them up?? We said no thanks just bring us our bill. When she brought the bill it was full price less the pastas. No compensation for the wait or the cold food. Their service has never been very good but the food used to be good.\r
The Manager never even had the courtesy to come to the table.\r
It's a shame that another Florissant Restaurant is going to the Dogs!!! It will be a long time before we go back again, if ever.\r
