Why is it that people only focus on the negative in these reviews? I have never had a problem with anyone at Fox Meadows. When I needed an exterminator for the ladybug issue I had.. He came out that same week! Any request that I had, the management team has done their best to fulfill. The fitness center is an additional cost, but the registration fee is waved, and we have a reduced rate.. just for living in the complex! The grounds are kept up nicely. My sister has lived there for 4 years, and her water heater broke about 6 months ago... not only did they have an emergency maintenance man on call, that came out right away.. but, he stayed until the problem was corrected, and they replaced her carpet in her apartment because it had gotten ruined by the water! The management team also followed up with a visit(not a phone call.. a visit) just to make sure that everything was ok, and none of their stuff was ruined! The laundry facilities are NOT far away.
