We had Solatubes installed in our home in California years ago and love the product, so when I contacted First Day Natural LIghting I didn't need to be sold on the product. Kevin & Donna Yount own the business--Donna handles the office & Kevin does the installation/sales. Both are professionals in every sense of the word. Kevin came out and explained the new product line (Solatube with LED lights) and gave us an estimate. Because I wasn't familiar with the LED tube, I wanted to see it for myself to determine if it would work for us and where in our home would be a good place to install it. I drove to the showroom and Donna showed me the LED tube that they installed and helped me determine the best location for it. When Kevin came to install the 4 tubes, he arrived promptly and worked all day (12 hours) to complete the installation! He was considerate about our flooring and wore booties to cover his shoes. He cleaned up after himself, too. After trying the LED light for a couple of days I asked Kevin to come out and move the motion sensor, which he did without charge. I highly recommend Solatube and First Day Natural Lighting!
