I really needed a job when I got employed by Royal Management ,it was just what I was looking for ,a pay check.i understood that we had to do collection and loans,but I had a hard time understanding the loans and how they were done ,it was the sum of the digits and the rule of 78s I didn't understand.the customer would get a refund then they could get more money ,it had something to do with how much the customer paid.i like the job but didn't want to make a career out of it.\r
