Would never go back. 'Slippery' is how I would describe Steve's technique. They increased the amount they quoted me. ex. ""I need to know the total cost to me, I am a teacher and get paid once a month"". The price increased 250+ dollars - ""Tax"" according to Steve. And I had to replace the radiator that wasn't cracked or leaking when I took it in. I believe they cracked it when putting in a used engine, another 270 dollars. Of course they denied doing it but I know it wasn't leaking when I took it in. And they didn't meet there promised finish date saying -- ""we had to get three engines because I didn't like the others we were sent"". The final engine had higher mileage but there wasn't a price reduction. They gouged me. Never go back! Ended up paying over 500 more.
