Review content:
These are unapologetically the MOST expensive people in town and they don't care. When I confronted them with competitor prices, I just got excuses back. They claimed gas prices were high. I reminded them that their competitors all live in the same economic environment-- yet they are FAR more expensive than anyone else. Their pricing isn't even close. They suggested that the ""cheaper"" pricing I was getting was for new customers. No. I ferreted that out and used competitor market pricing for non first time clients as a comparison-- I would get an additional discount as a first time customer from those prices. They were nearly $1000.00 More for 1000 gallon tank than other competitors. That's 1.00/ gallon more than anyone else. I offered to stay with them if they gave me a price that was more competitive. They refused and were not concerned about my business. I talked to other homeowners in our subdivision and they also avoided Suburban. Most didn't even bother calling them while shopping or when building their homes. We are the only ones who had used them-- unfortunately for us. We are switching to anyone but them. Do your homework and shop before calling them. Go somewhere else...anywhere else...
