Buyer beware!!!!!! Even though I live 15 hours from the nearest facility, this company will not let me out of my contract nor give me a reduced price buyout. Additionally, they continue to charge me the annual maintenance fee. I cannot believe that a service based industry has NO options for dealing with customers who no longer are geographically able to participate in said services. I have only been insulted and patronized in attempting to communicate with these people.
