My wife & I bought our Ft. Mitchell home in 2002. The previous owners had put in a sump pump a few years prior to selling us the house. Over 11 years later, we have had zero issues with the pump but have had issues with our house settling. Everdry has come out a couple times to help waterproof our house around the outside area where the sump pump was placed at no additional cost other than the minimal yearly fee of $35. I can't think of any better bargain than the sense of security I get knowing that if there are any issues, this company will take care of it promptly and without hassle! Seriously...a great company to deal with!
