Beware of family carpet care from Kentucky - They are full of crap! They booked an appointment with me and cancled the appointment on me ! Then called and said theyd be here in 15 minutes at 4 oclock - and now at 6 after I called 100 times, they show up beat my door in and when I tell the recepeiationist that I called a 100 times to cancle she tells me IM AWFUL RUDE ? and hangs up the phone!
