Review content:
This is the second time this dentistry has failed in their guest service. Two years ago I was a regular customer coming every three months. After having an appointment set up for two and a half months, they called me two weeks before the appointment to tell me that they were discontinuing Saturday appointments and were cancelling my appointment. (Yes I know they now have Saturday offerings, but should have honored the original appointment or alerted me earlier than two weeks prior to my appointment.) \r
This week after staying away for so long I decided to give them a second chance. When I called to make the appointment I specifically told them I would need x-rays and a deep cleaning. I arrived today and after performing my x-rays and exam, they then informed me that they did not have a hygienist on staff that day, and would not be able to complete the deep cleaning until another day. What dentist office decides to open for the day without a hygienist!!!
