West Coast Dental of Buena Park

This is the second time this dentistry has failed in their guest service. Two years ago I was a regular customer coming every three months. After having an appointment set up for two and a half months, they called me two weeks before the appointment to tell me that they were discontinuing Saturday appointments and were cancelling my appointment. (Yes I know they now have Saturday offerings, but should have honored the original appointment or alerted me earlier than two weeks prior to my appointment.) \r This week after staying away for so long I decided to give them a second chance. When I called to make the appointment I specifically told them I would need x-rays and a deep cleaning. I arrived today and after performing my x-rays and exam, they then informed me that they did not have a hygienist on staff that day, and would not be able to complete the deep cleaning until another day. What dentist office decides to open for the day without a hygienist!!! more

The West Coast Dental Group is one of the best dental center. I visited here six months ago. Staff was very polite and helpful. I am really satisfied with their services. more

I thought about writing a review for West Coast Dental because of how happy I am with the dentist and staff at my local office. I really have no complaints, other than the fact that they get me to visit them twice a year. And that?s a joke. I am so grateful to find a local, great dental office. Years ago, the thought of going to the dentist and coming home with clear x-rays was just a dream. I had so many cavities I was scared to go. My dentist assured me that the work wasn?t as bad as I thought. In less than a few months, I had a clean mouth with no cavities. Sure, I had a few crowns, but everything was under control. And now, I love going every six months just to keep up the healthy mouth and take care of my overall health. more

I loved my old dentist so when I moved to Buena Park, I doubted i would find one I liked just as much. My co-worker reccomended her dentiat at West Coast Dental. I couldn't believe I liked him even more that my old dentist. He gave me an excellent cleaning. He was very friendly too, which was a bonus. The office was professional and well run. If you live near Buena Park and are not happy with you dentist, then check our mine. He is really professional and his office girls are really nice. My insurance covers most of my treatments so I am out of pocket very little or no money. If you are not happy with your denist...check them out.
