Quick version is 38 days without a dishwasher and a 90$ service charge for nothing but rudeness.\r

Here is the full version. I called James Knight appliance to fix my dishwasher. The guy came out in about a week or so later. This was 1 week without a dishwasher. He told us what the problem was and that he would call us with a estimate on the part and labor. We tried to contact them 3 times within the next month and never got a call back with an estimate. Finally A WHOLE MONTH LATER (all the while doing the dishes by hand) we call them and are told that they can do it by Friday for about 216$!!! If they had told me it would be that much or that long of a wait I would have just bought a new one. After all of this they still want the 90$ for the service call. I just want my month back of doing dishes by hand. I am going to have to pay 90$ FOR NOTHING but bad service and a month of doing dishes by hand.\r

Going into the store I noticed that they didn't have any prices listed on their app
