Review content:
I took 3 pair of shoes in for service. The plastic tip on the bottom of one high heal shoe had worn off on 2 of the shoes. I was told by Genco both tips had to be replaced in order to ensure proper leverage. The third shoe the sole had come unglued. The workmanship was the comparison of a 3 year old. The shoes were damaged as they were trying to replace the plastic tips and glue ran on the surface of the shoe. The store attendant said the glue could not be cleaned up or wiped off. There was excessive glue in larges clumps going all around the sole of the shoe. The employee seemed agitated when I questioned the workmanship. I would have been better off leaving the shoes there oppose to paying the $26.00 repair bill
