Been living here with a friend for several months. The location is nice and grounds really attractive. Apartments have good floor plan, except not enough storage in kitchen.Mostly quiet, but it depends on what neighbors you have. Great place for walks or exercise, using the pools or spa. Sometimes, it seems they close one or more pool areas for no reason.Nice place if you have a dog - but please, please people - pick up your after your dogs! Many people do, but some don't.Neighbors, maintenance staff and office it seems are friendly.The big problem here is with aging apartment, leaking roof and windowsills when it rains, leaky faucets, and appliances that give out. Also the carpeting is really cheap and old. I can't imagine they will keep it after we leave. Good thing condition & spots were noted on the rental agreement.We'll probably stay awhile longer. They make very high extra charges for pets, & also if you want month to month rental. That is the management, though.
