Review content:
I used Moving by Design to move from one house to another that was 4 miles away. They showed up without everything they were supposed to have. For instance, the package was supposed to provide wardrobe boxes, but they didn't have any. They refused to move a lot of things. They left before they even put all of my beds back together.
I have a flat-screen TV mounted to the wall and was told they would take it down and move it. They "didn't have the tools" to take down all of the pieces. It all seemed like they wanted to do the least amount of work. It took extra long because I would look out and see a guy carrying just a pillow, for example.
