I have been a customer for you and your acquired companies for over 10 years. Your techs are always very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Jason Rahman was the tech who serviced my units for 3 of my properties last Thursday.
Jason was awesome!! He was extremely efficient and professional. He really went above and beyond with respect to his duties. While he was working in the attic servicing my HVAC unit, I discovered a really big dead raccoon in my outside trash can. Of course, I completely freaked out. He was amazingly kind and removed the varmint from my trash can for me. I can not even express enough gratitude for his help with this crazy problem!! Jason is truly representing Lim-Ric in a outstanding manner. Thank you for having such kind and caring team members!
