Review content:
The flange under the toilet was leaking. The plumber actually arrived early. The flange had been been replaced sometime in the past and had been improperly installed. The plumber had to break out the old flange and install a new one. Before beginning the work he told me exactly what the job would cost. He had all the tools and parts he needed in his van and completed the job in two hours. He was personable, informative and very professional, explaining everything as he worked. It was raining that day and every time he left and came back into the house from his van he put on booties over his shoes so as not to track in dirt from outside.
