BJ showed up to light our water heater at 7pm upon very short notice, after a mishap with waiting for another service provider who failed to show. Upon finding the water heater in poor condition, barely serviceable he provided knowledgeable recommendations, and we decided to replace it with a tankless system. The price he initially quoted was very close to the the final price. System was replaced efficiently, two business days later and we were very pleased with BJ and his assistant. The only recommendation we would make is: perhaps let your customers try to source systems on their own, as knowledgeable consumers are quite savvy about looking up prices in e-commerce society.
