I am pleased to write this review about my encounter with Ryan, a service technician from LimRic. I am so disappointed I did not get his last name! Our AC quit cooling last night and when my husband called the company he was told someone would be at the house after 12. That did not seem unreasonable to me and I was actually prepared to wait for hours after 12. First pleasant surprise, Ryan pulled up in the yard shortly after 12. Second wonderful surprise, he was knowledgeable about the problem and was diagnosed it quickly. The price was fair and best of all before I knew it he was already done! It is 1:30 and my house is cooling back down. Ryan is engaging and friendly, he seemed absolutely honest, and made sure I could see the problem and understand what he needed to do to get it fixed. He told me the price up front and there were no hidden costs and I am THRILLED with the service I received today. Ryan is a genuinely nice person and an asset to this company. Thank you LimRic for fast response time, and thank you Ryan for your professionalism and service. We have been customers of this company for over 16 years and I am pleased to say their customer service is exceptional.
