Mark, I understand that you are very upset with us and on a KILL DAVID REYNOLDS campaign. If your frustration is really based on thinking that we damaged your stone, we didn't. We spoke with your appraiser and even she told you that it's not likely that we caused the damage. \r

Ultimately Mark, you were dismissed as a customer not because of this one accusation, but because of a history since 2006 (as far back as our computer records go) of you creating a stink and then looking for some kind of financial adjustment.
