"Customer Service" is not just a web site phrase, it's the way every person with whom I had contact treated me. From my initial experience with Eric Firman to the installers Daniel and Gordy and Cynthia in the office. Every person was knowledgeable, efficient and customer oriented. The job went smoothly and as scheduled. I look forward to years of service from my Lennox HVAC system and consider myself fortunate that Action was connected to Costco. Great team, Mr. Gill.
