EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE!!!\r I brought my 42"" riding lawnmower in for repairs and asked for an estimate first. I was told that it would be 2 weeks for the estimate. I did not hear from them after 2 weeks and called. I was told they had not gotten to it yet. I called the third week and they had still not started on an estimate. And on the fourth week they still had not done the estimate. I stressed the importance of needing my lawnmower and explained that I had paid to have my lawn mowed because they still had my mower. I was told they were having employee problems. At this point I was very frustrated and told the woman on the phone to forget the estimate and to repair the mower but not to exceed $300. Two days later I receive a call saying the repairs on my mower are finished. I asked what the final cost was and was told it was $417. I told the person that this was not what we had agreed on and they got mad and hung up on me. Later I went to the shop and spoke to a person whom told me that they were not told about the $300 limit and they may have made a mistake and still insisted that I pay the full amount. I offered to split the difference of the overage and they said NO WAY.\r I later called the shop and asked for a refund for the estimate that I had prepaid for and never received. They said they would not give me a refund.\r I no longer have my lawnmower and I have seen it posted on Craigs list for sale.\r I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!\r
