Do not use this company!! I just used them yesterday, 11/13/13. They went and retrieved my vehicle and the owner/operator named Carlos didn't even call me to let me know he had the car in his lot. He then quoted me a price of $150.00 and 2 hrs later when I called back to confrim I was on my way, he hiked the price up to 255.00 claiming 2 days of storage and they had just got the car the night before!! After a heated contest, he told me 200.00 is as low as he will go and literally said 'COME GET YOUR CAR OUT OF MY YARD'.... his secretary/wife screened my calls and at one point Carlos himself told me 'I'm wasting my time with you'. To top it all off, I had to get another towing company just to move my car from his lot!!
