Review content:
Murray from General Cleaning and Restoration just came out to clean our carpets. He did the family room, living room, and entry area rug. He always arrives promptly. He's very polite and considerate and he spends time for a little personal chit-chat. He just always presents himself professionally and intelligently and he's sensitive and thoughtful. He has many qualities that I admire in him personally.
I've known Murray since we were living in another home here in Foster City. We had just moved in and he started cleaning our carpets there. He cleaned them for twelve years. When we moved to our current home, he went through some business changes and sold his business. Since then, I've tried other companies and they just don't do as well.
If a spot can come out, Murray can get it out. With other cleaning companies, they would say the spot was out and it would look like it was out and then a week later the spot would be back. I guess it's just in the way they were treating the carpets. With Murray, that's not the case. I'm just really glad he's back in business doing carpets and such.
