My wife, children, and I attend this school regularly. The learning never ends and the fellowship is so strong students from decades ago return to continue their studies. I am proud to train with the strong students who inspire me and am proud to see the transformation in students who seek it out.\r \r 5 years of arthritic hip and foot pain came to an end after training here for a year. 11 years ago I tore both knees and had to walk down stairs sideways. Nearly 10 years of yoga did not offer this depth of recovery. There is nothing better for knee issues than consistent kung-fu.\r \r To all of those who drive by and yell 'Hi Yah!' while we practice: I look forward to training with you someday!
