I visited the dealership last week and expressed my interest in buying a Jeep Patriot. I was asked to bring my existing car to the dealership for a trade-in appraisal. I did this and the sales person and used car manager carefully inspected my car. I was told I would receive a phone call within an hour with a trade-in offer. I did not receive the call and did not hear back from the dealership. It is clear that they did not value my business. \r

I would recommend anyone reading this review to avoid Lake Norman Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and take their business to a dealership where they value customers
