this company requires $450 when you turn in the application. They stated that the $450 would be refunded if the application didn't get approved. \r

However, what they do not tell you is that if you do get approved and decide to NOT move in they will NOT refund your $450. The application that you fill out does not say anywhere that this $450 is non refundable. \r

Be ware when applying here. You will be paying $450 just to run the application!!!
