I had to bring my highlander hybrid in for yet another recall, number 5 i think. I made the appointment and told the person i needed a ride home after drop off, they said no problem. I arrived a few minutes early, did my paperwork, handed over my keys and the person had no idea i needed a ride home, what? so i was told to wait in the waiting area for the shuttle to call my name. I waited over 30 minutes before going back in to ask how much longer. They made a call and i heard them ask if there was another vehicle that could be used to get customers home in, then i was told to wait again. I did get a better feeling from this gentle men that made the call so i went quietly and waited again. It did take another few minutes for the driver to show and i did get home, last on the list of passengers, but it took an HOUR for me to get home when i live just seven minutes away~ WOW!! just expected more when i did say i needed that ride at the time of appointment scheduling. usually have a much better experience with McCords so it was disappointing this time.
