When we were looking at different scheduling systems, nothing met our needs the way that SCI Solutions did.
We have been using SCI since 2001. Our experience with them has been very positive. They are both professional and friendly.
We use their software for patient scheduling in multiple departments throughout the hospital, including radiology, cardiology and dietary.
We also use their provider portal, which allows physicians to log in and schedule patients themselves.
SCI's support department is excellent. One of the reasons we continue to use SCI is because of the way they respond to our needs when we ask for something or have problems. Also, their system is never down.
