Review content:
We started using SCI Solutions in 2001. Our company reviewed the current software available at the time and chose SCI's product for its ease of use and the ability to interface with our Health Information Management system. SCI offers the best rules-based product on the market. The accuracy that we get from those rules when scheduling is the No. 1 reason we have continued to use SCI. We use the software in a wide variety of ways: We use it to schedule everything in radiology for five departments across three hospitals. We use it to schedule the employee classes that we offer, including Weight Watchers. We use it to schedule practice development, such as ongoing nurses' training. SCI's product is easy to edit in and to build procedures in. For example, if you need to add a new location for a CT, it is easy to add that new location and designate what procedures would book that location. I call SCI's software "scheduling for dummies." If it is built correctly and the system administrator at your site understands how to use it, the system is a no-brainer for the end user.
