We decided to use SCI Solutions because of the ease of use of their products. Their customer service is great. They are attentive and they immediately address any issues that arise.
We started the implementation of the first product, the Order Facilitator, about a year ago. It was very easy to learn. Now we are implementing a second product, the Schedule Maximizer.
We are extremely satisfied with SCI Solutions. Our sales rep, Kevin Arlington, has been great.
The healthcare industry can get complicated. SCI has worked to make it as simple as possible.
