Review content:
While I love the concept of this and the location (right by my office), I have to say I'm a little disappointed after all the hype.
I will say that I love the food offerings - lots of yummy pastas, pizza, fish, meat, paninis, desserts, restaurants, etc...so that part is great! (if you are okay with ridiculous crowds).
But the space is SO poorly designed, it's like they weren't at ALL choiceful in what they wanted to do - they just did everything so it's so packed you can barely walk. The grocery cashier is only on one side of the store, so you have to walk through the madness to get there. And most (not all) of the staff are quite rude/arrogant. So for the prices you are paying (which is high), you realllly have to want the food.
So this is a very polarizing review - love the concept and the food, but the actual experience has much to be desired given the layout.
