I started using Bright Touch Maids ten years ago. Up until when I was 65, I cleaned everything in my home myself, so my experience with Bright Touch Maids was my first experience with any cleaning service.
Over the years, I have gotten more meticulous about the quality of cleanliness in my home. They do a walk through of my home with a clipboard of what things need be done, and they follow it exactly. They do it pleasantly and diligently, too. Every time someone comes to clean, I think how lucky I am to have them there! I like everyone they send; I have good rapport with all of them. The communication is very open and easy.
One time I told them about a new installation that I had in my bathroom, and I let them know that it was never to be touched with ammonia. They assured me that they don't use ammonia in their cleaning products because they don't ever want to take the chance of damaging anything in the homes they clean. I have never had to report any damage, breakage, or missing items. The only occasion that I can think of was when they were cleaning by my mantle and picture frame fell on the ground. They didn't hesitate to offer to buy a new glass for it and also clean out my refrigerator as an added service. That was so nice of them.
Over the summer, I also had workmen in my condo, and they were not clean at all. When you compare them to Bright Touch, it's like the perfect example of good and bad cleaning work. I have recommended them to others before, including my building management because they are THAT good. I have always been very pleased with this service.
