Review content:
Helton's Wrecker Service in Conway, AR, is a complete ripoff. I had a vehicle wrecked on interstate 11-5-13 at around 5 pm. The state called them out to tow vehicle and the wrecker service wouldn't relaease my vehicle until 8:00 am the following morning (there Policy). I arrive at wrecker service to get vehicle they tell me the bill is $369 to get the vehicle out which was not involved in any crime and had no state hold or charges. They tell me that is the mandantory Fee. The will not accept credit card or debit card CASH only. They wouldn't allow me to get my personal belongings out of the vehicle. They wouldnt just let the ins company pay the bill cause they don't deal with State Farm Ins. I wonder if cause they cash only they report all there income to the IRS. This will be investigated by more than one buisness and or law enforfment BBB, State Police, IRS, these charges are unethical and these are the rudest people I have ever delt with in a business. Part of the charges includ 2 days storage and the vehicle wasn't there 13 hours.
