Review content:
I've had a good and bad experience with Main Street Self Storage. It was excellent in the beginning. My father passed away last December, so I fell behind a little bit. I appreciated that they really worked with me. Then I got laid off from my job, and they didn't seem as willing to work with me. That was the bad part. I was still able to get my stuff and work things out in the end, but I don't know why they were suddenly so unwilling to help me.

We worked with you as must as possible. However we had hard times reaching you, once we were able to communicate we were back on the same page again.
Great tenant and would be more than happy to assist you again in the future.
