I have enjoyed my experience with Main Street Self Storage. The staff is very kind and friendly. The units are nice and clean. They are also very secure. I don't have to worry about anything. You can rest assured that your things in your units here will be safe. There is no chance at all of them getting stolen or damaged. I would recommend others to use this storage company, as well. more

They treated me well at Main Street Self Storage. I needed a place to store my things for about three or four months. They provided that, in addition to very courteous and polite service. The facility itself was clean and air conditioned. more

Everything you want from a storage company. 10/30/2013

We used main street storage over a summer while we were traveling and between homes. They were amazing. We were allowed freebusenof a moving truck to move all of our belongings into the unit. That alone saved us close to $100. They comped us the remainder of the month we moved in, which saved us even more. Our unit was clean, the facility is well-lit and cool. We have only the highest regard for these folks and have been recommending them ever since. more

Started out great but ended on an average note. 10/29/2013

I've had a good and bad experience with Main Street Self Storage. It was excellent in the beginning. My father passed away last December, so I fell behind a little bit. I appreciated that they really worked with me. Then I got laid off from my job, and they didn't seem as willing to work with me. That was the bad part. I was still able to get my stuff and work things out in the end, but I don't know why they were suddenly so unwilling to help me. RESPONSE FROM Main Street Self Storage: We worked with you as must as possible. However we had hard times reaching you, once we were able to communicate we were back on the same page again. Great tenant and would be more than happy to assist you again in the future. more

I'm still moving some things into Main Street Self Storage, but so far everything has been great. I have no complaints. The girls there were very good and provided excellent customer service. The storage unit itself was clean, had no dust or anything. more

Had a few hiccups in the beginning due to procuring my unit thru the service center over the phone; however, both Ashleys went above and beyond to get me the unit I needed! more

This was my second time going back to Main Street Self Storage on Magnolia. They treated me with respect the last time I was there, so it was the first place that came to mind when I was thinking of storage again. They have good customer service and nice people. I had a good experience there. more
