We have been very happy with High Street Storage. The convenience, cleanliness and the safety we feel there are the main reasons why we have continued to use them over the years. The staff is helpful, friendly and courteous. They worked with us when we requested a unit at a particular location in a specific building. They also are knowledgeable. They could eyeball the things that you need to store and tell you what size storage space you need.Previously, we had had horrible experiences with other storage companies. With High Street, there have been no surprises, such as elevator problems or other things that could go wrong. You know exactly what you are getting and it feels secure. Also, their hours of operation are conducive to an average person's schedule. I have already recommended High Street. Their service is excellent.
