We have been very happy with High Street Storage. The convenience, cleanliness and the safety we feel there are the main reasons why we have continued to use them over the years. The staff is helpful, friendly and courteous. They worked with us when we requested a unit at a particular location in a specific building. They also are knowledgeable. They could eyeball the things that you need to store and tell you what size storage space you need.Previously, we had had horrible experiences with other storage companies. With High Street, there have been no surprises, such as elevator problems or other things that could go wrong. You know exactly what you are getting and it feels secure. Thu units are clean and well marked. You use a code to get in and out.High Street Storage has worked with me every time I have switched spaces. They are very friendly and customer service-oriented.
